IT and security, costed clearly and run as one service.
We bring IT and security under one accountable team, on a plan you can read on a single line. Three packages, priced per user per month, so the cost scales with your firm rather than with a quote you cannot follow.
Each plan builds on the one before it. Start where your firm is today, and move up when your obligations call for it, not before.

See the Scale planThree plans, one mountain
The photographs on these pages are not decoration. Our plans work like a route up a mountain. Launch, Build and Scale are points on the same trail, each one further up than the last. You start where your firm is today and climb higher as your obligations grow, on a path that has already been mapped.
Launch sets your footing, with managed IT and a solid security baseline. Build takes you onto steeper ground, adding the human risk and incident response layer. Scale carries you to the higher reaches, with leadership, compliance monitoring and round-the-clock security operations. For firms going further still, our product sheet covers the specialist work beyond Scale. Wherever you stand on the route, the principle holds: you are not climbing alone. We take you up.
It is a Scottish way of looking at it. Munros, Scotland's mountains over three thousand feet, are climbed in stages, with the right kit, a clear route and someone who knows the ground. We run IT the same way, as steady, planned progress with the next step always in view.
What sits in each plan
Every plan is built from the same managed services, grouped the way we run them. Launch covers the full managed IT and core security baseline. Build adds the human risk and incident response layer. Scale adds leadership, compliance monitoring and round-the-clock security operations. The table below shows where each capability sits.

What every plan includes beyond the features
The numbers on this page are what an average small business client would expect to pay. Your own figure depends on which services you need and how your firm works, which we confirm before anything is signed. Whichever plan you are on, the same commitments apply.
- A quarterly strategic IT roadmap. Your IT needs a plan for the future, so each quarter we review what is working and what is not and set out our recommendations to keep your firm productive and secure.
- Regular reporting, as often as you want to review it, so the state of your IT and security is never a mystery.
- Access to people who know cyber security, Microsoft 365, automation and AI, treated as one conversation rather than handed between teams.
- One accountable team. We refuse to inherit chaos and maintain it, so when we take a firm on we document what exists and bring it to a standard we will put our name against.
What the monthly fee does not cover
We would rather be plain about the edges of the service than surprise you later. The following sit outside the monthly plan and are quoted and agreed before any work starts.
- Non-standard support requests, including out-of-hours or emergency work and assistance for systems not covered by your plan.
- Hardware and consumables. Devices, networking equipment, peripherals and office consumables are supplied and charged separately.
- Project-based and specialist work, such as major migrations or infrastructure overhauls, third-party software licensing, and bespoke development or automation.
- Training or consultancy beyond the day-to-day support and guidance in your plan, such as large workshops or extended consultancy.
Pricing without the small print
We think managed IT costs should not be a secret, which is why the figures are on the page rather than behind a form. Three things hold true on every plan.
- No onboarding fees. We invest the time to get you set up properly because we are in this for the long term.
- A 90-day money-back guarantee on Novix-delivered services. If you are not happy with our work in the first 90 days, you can ask for a refund of those fees.
- Simple billing. Your monthly invoice is written in plain language, not lines of jargon.
