No. Novix IT is a UK firm, based in Edinburgh with a London office, and we work with selected Dubai firms remotely. We run your IT and security as one accountable team and plan our hours around the time difference.
The great majority of what we do is delivered remotely. Where genuinely physical work is needed on the ground in Dubai, we coordinate it with trusted local providers rather than claim an on-site team we do not have. We are straight with you about what is remote and what is local.
